Our Speech-Language Pathologists have individual therapy and observation rooms for parents to observe their child while in therapy. Funding from grants and donations provides support for the Center’s Speech-Language Pathology program. These funds are allocated to help support those patients and caregivers who are not able to afford speech-language therapy get the services they need. The Center partners with Smart Beginnings Greater Roanoke and the Virginia Quality to provide speech-language and hearing screenings on-site at local early learning centers rated by the Virginia Quality system. The Center is a resource in the community for any recommended follow-up services from these screenings.
