Linda Hatcher, Insurance Specialist

   Linda Hatcher is the Receptionist/Insurance Specialist at The Roanoke Valley Speech and Hearing Center. Linda joined the Center in December 2008. She is responsible for checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering the phones, filing patient charts, insurance billing, posting of payments, inputting data and preparing reports for mobile unit clients, credentialing/re-credentialing of professional staff. Linda has over 17 years experience in the medical field. Linda has worked for insurance companies, managed care organization (workers’ compensation), third party administrator, hospital, ophthalmologist, mental health and internal medicine physicians.
